By accessing or using StratReceipt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

StratReceipt provides automated static analysis of trading strategies for educational purposes only. We analyze Pine Script and other trading strategy code to detect common issues such as lookahead bias, repainting, martingale patterns, and missing stop losses.

3. Investment Disclaimer

THIS IS NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. A strategy passing our checks does not guarantee profit or safety in live markets. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier: Limited analyses per day.

Pro Tier: Unlimited analyses for $5/month, billed monthly via Stripe.

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial Pro subscription if you have not used Pro features during that period.

6. Limitation of Liability

StratReceipt's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any trading losses or investment losses.
